Any order implies loyalty without exception to these general conditions of sale that prevail over all conditions. The sale was finally deemed to have occurred on the date payment is received. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 7 days from the day you received your product, to be replaced by another or money refunded in full.
Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, however, be reimbursed the original shipping and packaging and no replacement costs.
Note that refunds under credit card can take a full refund billing cycle before appearing in your bank account.
You must restore to the products according to our instructions. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. If you do not meet this obligation, we have the right to claim compensation, which could be deducted from any refund that we might owe.
You can not cancel your order once you have opened the packaging of the product, without prejudice to their rights under applicable laws.
